Peihan Li
studio pilates instructorA message from Peihan:
I’m a BASI Comprehensive certified Pilates instructor.
I fell in love with Pilates through discovering the connection between mind and body, and the sense of control and mindfulness that can be developed through movement. Since then, I’ve been inspired to share the benefits of Pilates with others.
I focus on helping clients build strength, control and confidence through mindful movement. I value the principles of precision, concentration and control, and aim to create sessions that feel both engaging and appropriately challenging.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, each with their own goals and needs. I take an individualised approach, adapting each session to you, and aim to create a space where you feel confident in your body while moving with greater awareness and strength.
Peihan is available to teach in both English and Mandarin.
Bianca McAllan
MAT & studio pilates instructorA message from Bianca:
I began my career in movement as a dancer and dance teacher. Through dance I was introduced to Pilates, and fell in love with the method due to its restorative nature. Pilates allowed me to be a stronger and coordinated dancer, while also acting as a form of rehab. I loved the method so much I decided to pursue further study myself.
I am a certified Pilates instructor and currently studying my Diploma with Pilates ITC. I am passionate about Pilates and sharing the method with a wide range of people of all fitness backgrounds.
Bianca is available to teach on Monday mornings.
Jade Zhu
studio pilates instructorA message from Jade:
After years working in a corporate environment, I discovered Pilates through my own journey of addressing movement and postural challenges, which became especially meaningful during my postnatal recovery. This experience inspired me to pursue Pilates professionally, so I can help others move with greater comfort, strength and confidence.
As a Polestar Certified Pilates Instructor and completing my comprehensive training in both Mat and Studio Pilates, I focus on a mindful, client-centred approach, adapting each session to individual needs, goals and movement patterns. I believe Pilates is about building body awareness and control, helping us feel stronger and more confident in everyday life.
Jade is available to teach on Wednesday mornings, Wednesday evenings & Thursday afternoons.
Hayley Nyberg
A message from Hayley:
I hold a Diploma of Professional Pilates and bring a thoughtful, anatomy-informed approach to every session, shaped by my own active lifestyle and personal experience with injury.
Having always enjoyed an active life, I’ve experienced a number of injuries over the years that significantly affected my movement and physical performance. It was through discovering Pilates that I began to truly understand the importance of alignment, body awareness, and moving in a way that supports the body rather than working against it.
Pilates became a turning point for me, helping me reconnect with my body, build strength with greater control, and develop a deeper awareness of how I move. This experience now informs the way I teach, with a focus on intelligent movement, proper alignment, and creating strong foundations that can translate into everyday life and other forms of movement.
With an emphasis on alignment, strength, and mindful movement, I design my sessions to support all bodies - whether you’re building foundations, returning from injury, or refining your technique. You can expect clear cues, intelligent sequencing, and a supportive environment that helps you move with confidence, control, and ease.
Hayley is available to teach on Tuesday afternoons.
